At Golden Grip, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your sports gear in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear within 3-5 business days of arrival and issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange.
